# Governance

Hal will be governed by a DAO where Hal's are the only members allowed to participate.

The value of the vote represents the amount of Coins the Hal have staked at the time of the vote.

#### Profits:

The platform fee and royalty fee are reserved for the founding team to maintain the operation, profits should not be more than 5% and will be sent to the Mission Control Center wallet.
