Hal's are real people who get paid for all the answers they provide. Each session is assigned to a random Hal who will help the user with their query until it is completed.

Hal doesn’t know who you are, and you don’t know who Hal is. 

Anyone can become a Hal by applying to [become one](https://halisback.com/staff/). Each Hal will go through a process before being approved.

Hal's get paid based on 2 things: Rating & Sessions.
